Original Item: Only One Available. This is a very nice World War Two Era 48 Star American Flag, in a nice displayable 5 Feet x 9 1/2 Feet. The flag body is of multi-piece construction, with each stripe a separate piece of fabric. It looks to be made of cotton or linen bunting, with a heavy canvas header bearing sturdy steel eyelets on the top and bottom secured by 3 brass rivets each. The stars are separate pieces of cotton, sewn onto both sides of the blue canton. Over the size the flag header is marked with PHILA QM DEPOT.
